The Pioneer Woman’s Handheld Chicken Pot Pies (Day 326)

(Photo via Visualhunt.com)

Since several people sent me notes asking for the recipe for the handheld chicken pot pies, which I made and froze a few weeks ago, and then ate a few nights ago, I decided to provide the recipe to anybody who may be interested.

I found the recipe on The Pioneer Woman’s website (link here to site). Sometimes I find her recipes heavy for my taste, but sometimes, I find one that suits me fine. Like the Handheld Chicken Pot Pies. In addition to their great flavor and texture, I love that they are small and could be eaten without a knife and fork, if you so choose. I used the silverware but we all know how fancy I am.

So here’s the link to the recipe: http://thepioneerwoman.com/food-and-friends/handheld-chicken-pot-pies/

Let me know if you make them and like them!
