Why is it that sitting around is more exhausting on the body than going full-throttle all day long? It’s illogical but I always find it to be true.
Today we were forced to do a lot of sitting. There was very little opportunity to get up and walk or run or do much of anything. And now, my legs are tired, as if I took a long run (and I’m not a runner.)
Also, I’m body-tired but didn’t do enough today to make me feel like I can fall asleep. Aarrgghh! Guess it’s a good time to catch up on some reading and dreaming about tomorrow.
Which, thankfully, promises to be an active day.
