Homecoming (Day 234)

It’s always hard to leave a place while you’re still having fun.

But it sure is nice to arrive home to a house that smells like ginger and chocolate, especially after a plane delay and kids kicking my seat throughout the plane ride and a lost ticket for the parking garage.

The husband doesn’t bake but daughter #1 does and she’s home from college for a few days. Lucky us. Lucky me.

And not just because of the fresh baked goods.
