Almost 150 days ago, I wrote a blog post about enjoying life (you can read that post here.)
In it, I describe a simple exercise in which Christiane Northrup claims that it “will help you remember how important it is to enjoy life instead of just getting through your To Do list.” The task was simple: everyday, answer the three questions she provides and reflect upon your answers. It takes a few minutes to do.
After writing that post, I did the exercise every day. For a couple of weeks. And then I forgot a day. And then another. Before I knew it, I’d forgotten all about the daily exercise.
Today, I reread the post (which you can read or reread here), I re-familiarized myself with the questions, and decided that since I actually got something out of the experience the first time, I was going to start again with the intention of continuing to answer the questions daily for awhile, at least.
Would any of you like to join me? Maybe, I’ll even share some of my answers in the next few weeks in the blog. Maybe.
So, if you haven’t read the post yet (another chance to read it, here), read it now and join in the experience with me. It’ll be worth it. I promise.
