Diet Articles Make You Eat More (Day 94)

Or maybe that is only true for me.

So I usually avoid the articles, even when I’m feeling like I’m pudging up a little bit. Like I feel now.

Today, I foolishly read one of these articles. It drew me in with the title “Why It’s Hard To Lose Weight–And Why Most Diets Fail.” It was a thoughtful article. I liked what the writer said. It made sense.

Then I ate a big piece of banana bread. Twice.
